1. Payment Terms:
2. All invoices are payable within the due date mentioned. Late payments may incur additional charges.
3. Prices & Taxes:
4. All prices are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as specified on the invoice. Any additional government taxes, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.
5. Order Confirmation:
6. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation. Adhriti Aura reserves the right to cancel orders in case of payment issues or product unavailability.
7. Delivery Timeline:
8. Products will be dispatched within the standard processing time. Delays due to courier partners, natural issues, or unforeseen circumstances are not under our control.
9. Return & Replacement:
10. Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Customers must share unboxing videos/images within 24 hours of delivery for claim validation.
11. No Return on Used Products:
12. Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund.
13. Cancellation Policy:
14. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
15. Product Variations:
16. Slight variations in color, fragrance intensity, or packaging may occur due to manufacturing processes. These are not considered defects.
17. Warranty Clause:
18. Electrical products (like diffusers) include a warranty only if explicitly mentioned. Warranty voids if the product is misused, mishandled, or physically damaged.
19. Liability Limitation:
20. Adhriti Aura is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from product misuse.
21. Customer Responsibility:
22. Please ensure correct address and contact details. Delivery failures caused by incorrect information will not be refunded.
23. Dispute Resolution:
24. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of applicable local courts.
